The petitioner, Leonard Bailey, is before this Court appealing from the summary denial of his petition for relief under Post-Conviction Relief, Rule 1. He was convicted by a jury of robbery, a Class A felony, and sentenced to fifty years imprisonment. His conviction was affirmed by this Court at Bailey v. State, (1980) Ind., 412 N.E.2d 56.
